- The unit remains in unused / like-new condition, including all original packaging
- The unit has not been used in a smoke-filled environment or retains no odor of smoke
- The unit has been used fewer than 10 hours
During the first 10 days, we encourage you to pick up, pull, carry, examine, and test run your unit for up to 10 hours.
10 – 30 days: We will refund your original purchase price less a 25% restocking / used equipment fee.
