Exchange / Return Policy for Sleep Masks
Try for 0 – 30 days: We want to ensure your mask is comfortable for you. If the mask you have purchased does not meet your needs, we will replace it with another mask or refund your money, if we can not find a mask that will work for you.
For all other accessories:
Try for 0 – 30 days: We will refund any unopened and unused accessories for up to 30 days. If the accessory has been opened or used in any way, it will not be returnable. Unfortunately, there are no returns after 30 days.
Before sending any returns, please contact our customer support number at (844) 331-3705 for a return authorization. Any returns sent without return authorization will not be accepted.
